PIRATES, POKEMON, and PICTURES Saturday, April 8, 11 AM-1 PM Yo ho lassies, laddies 'n parents or caregivers! Raise ye sails 'n gather pirates at our next Kenwood Kidz event on Saturday, April 8 in Historic Kenwood"s Seminole Park, 30th Street and 3rd Avenue North for a scurvy pirate parrrty and Treasure Hunt with a twist. The treasure we be seeking are collectable Pokeman figures! We'll also be making pirate masks (thanks to Cindy Nichols for the donations) ... and also (VERY IMPORTANT) award-winning videographer Bennett Zamoff (an Historic Kenwood resident!), will be joining us to filming interviews with parents, grandparents and their children for presentation at the Neighborhoods USA Conference in May in Omaha, as a result of our Kenwood Kidz winning national recognition!
